The 13th is currently in the process investigating the possibilities of
starting a ROVER group. A Rover group is for young adults, and is
designed so that the structure is very different than the other sections.
If you are in the age group of 18-26, and would like to challenge yourself,
both mentally and physically (mountain climbing/hikes etc.),
and would be interested in helping launch this exciting program,
